1. Discussion and decision about collection of delinquent dues

An updated Arrears list was distributed.
Sally reported that property owners who have not paid the assessment for 2009 have been sent a letter and invoice which includes 1% interest per month. Letters and invoices for those in arrears for 2007 or 2008 or both, as well as 2009, will be sent by June 5. The decision was made to follow up letters with a personal phone call by a director by mid June to those who have not responded.

2. Re recent sightings of suspicious individuals:

Diane will call Taraval Station to state Forest Hill Association concerns.
