as long-term, are now underway, and asked interested persons to
communicate to her any interests and concerns.

5. Legal Committee (Warren Krauss)
Warren reported that a meeting was held recently with the Association's

6. Architecture Review Committee (Steve Halpern)
Steve reported on the status of ongoing issues with homeowners at
44 Mendosa, 30 Santa Rita, and 200 San Marcos.
Steve informed the Board and those in attendance that a recent survey of
the neighborhood found 26% of the homes not complying with
the requirement that garbage/recycling bins "not be visible from the street
after collection". The committee recommends that a very noticeable article be
placed in the newsletter reminding homeowners of this requirement, then
following up with another survey and warning letter to those not complying.

7. Activities Committee (Dan Kelly)
Dan reported that the number of neighborhood events sponsored by the
Board and the Garden Club is growing, and that the level of participation at
each of the events is increasing, creating a lively atmosphere for the
          neighborhood.
The Infrastructure subcommittee conducted a walkthrough of the
neighborhood with the Department of Public Works to examine the state
of the curbs and sidewalks. The DPW committed to conducting a more
thorough survey and promised to work closely with the Forest Hill
          Association to make needed repairs.

Supervisor Elsbernd reported on two significant activities underway in
          our District:

              September
